How the work visa usually works

Qatar work visas are employer-sponsored and require recruitment approval from the Ministry of Labour. The employer arranges the visa and, after arrival, the residence permit. Qatar revised several work-permit and recruitment fees in September 2025; check the official portal for current rules.
